Greene County Middle School students were recognized for their achievements during the fall trimester at an awards assembly Monday, Nov 17, at the school. The fall trimester ended Nov. 11.
‘A’ honor roll: Eighth graders named to the ‘A’ honor roll (grade point average 3.67 to 4.0) were Gina Brown, Brittney Daniel, Austin Delp, Melanie Doran, Fallon Heater, Linsey Kitt, Naomi Long, Kara Reed, Emma Schroeder, Claire Teusch, Brock Wuebker and Morrgan Zmolek.
Seventh graders named to the ‘A’ honor roll were Sophia Ausberger, Cole Betts, Megan Doran, Jacob Hanson, Sophia Havens, Paige Heaning, Aubrey Heupel, Emily Hofer, Abby Kozal, Kassie Lamoureux, Ellie Madson, Faith Mohr, Tieryn Tucker, Spencer Whipple and Hannah Yetter.
‘B’ honor roll: Eighth graders named to the ‘B’ honor roll (gpa 3.0-3.66) were Joseph Anderson, Kylie Angell, Jordan Aubrey, Jaislynn Baugh, Samantha Behne, Janelle Brophy, Maddy Cannon, Troy Cathers, Clint Dennhardt, Brianna Ferguson, Trey Hinote, Bryce Hoyle, Lance Hughes, Isaiah Losee, Angela Nation, Jamie Palmer, Crawford Petterson, Sydney Roberts, Jacob Rohner, Kolton Showers and Lauren Swain.

Attendance: Eighth graders with perfect attendance were Troy Cathers, Jordan Davis, Cody Gilbertson, Brian Lawrence and Brock Wuebker.
Seventh graders with perfect attendance were Cael Fisher, Jacob Hanson, Xavier Hayes, Paige Heaning, Nathan Hicks, Corey Higgins, Damian Higgins, Abby Kozal, Brent Riley and Kylie Roach.
Punctuality is being stressed this year. Eighth graders with no tardies were Kylie Angell, Cassidy Bowen, Janelle Brophy, Maddy Cannon, Allison Dudley, Cheyanne Exline, Calvin Kienast, Linsey Kitt, Naomi Long, Isaiah Losee, Angela Nation, David Richter and Lauren Swain.
Seventh graders with no tardies were Cody Erwin-Miller, Will Hansen, Emily Hofer, Brooke Jones, Abby Kozal, Kassie Lamoureux, Carter Morton, Matthew Naberhaus, Kylie Roach, Julia Saul and Kaitlin Tjostem.
Computer science: Eighth graders recognized for achievements in computer science were DJ Bumgardner, Lance Hughes and Brock Wuebker.
